CRS wanted to stand out…they didn’t quite know what that meant. After meeting them Desi – a southern sweetheart that was strong enough to destroy any enemy, and Karina – a character that obviously deserves her own New York Mets talk show, we decided to approach their promo video style with with “be yourself.”

Desi and Karina, the new owners of CRS Medical Benefits, has just launched their new website. They were giving their brand a new face lift after just buying the business. 

In their journey of new branding and marketing, they wanted a solid video marketing company by their side to help them build a new, reputable brand that grabbed the attention of their target audience.

So…we shocked them. 😆

Our Answer

The two characters of Desi and Karina were gold! We knew all we had to do as to pull them out of their “corporate shell” and showcase them for their contagious, fun personality and extremely successful and hard work ethic. 

Their product and service spoke for itself…there wasn’t a lot of explanation needed. The difficulty was grabbing attention. 

So we didn’t do “the norm” for their business. We made fun, interactive content that introduced the leaders and team behind the brand. We weren’t going for a heavy amount of viewers, followers, or likes. We just wanted our target audience, which were hospital executives….people much like Desi and Karina who took their jobs very seriously and hid their fun side behind the corporate flag.

So we launched their new promo video…we launched some other social media content…and then we launched what no one saw coming: a 5-episode Docu-series about how Karina and Desi built – and are building – a bigger, better business with CRS.

This Docu-series was built for the people that CRS cared about the most to grow their business: colleagues, clients, and prospects.

Colleagues, current clients, and new prospects all began talking to CRS more often than before, complimenting their videos, thinking of them more often, and ultimately accepting more invitations to further conversations with them and their sales team.

When Desi and Karina walked into the room, all they had to do was showcase their services and success…the client was already sold on their brand, work ethic, and personality. The “do I want to work with this group” answer was already sold. 

The strategy we focused on: many B2B industries who choose a brand based upon the leaders and group behind it. They want to see the curtain pulled back, understand who they’re dealing with, and identify with them. If they’re going to work together, they want to like the brand they’re dealing with. We wanted to make it very clear from the start that those who love working with ladies who get the job done and have fun in the process will be an enjoyable and profitable business partner.
