Rebranding a 30+ year Business

When a family business of over 30 years decides to rebrand and begin marketing again after years of word-of-mouth sales, our team at Paper Jacket had to make sure that we kept the brand that their customers know and love while also attracting new ones.

First: New Brand Film

The story of Deltona Aluminum truly shapes their brand. Yes – they sell aluminum products…but the family, mission, and drive of the business are what truly bring their customers success.

The .

Brand Deltona Aluminum for what they stand for before selling the services that the Business offers.

Thomas Mueller, the co-founder and [eventually] sole owner of Deltona Aluminum decided in 2020 that it was time for him to retire. Gabriel Mueller, now the owner of Deltona Aluminum, wanted to grow the business and brand again to the level his father had it when he was younger.

“Serving Jesus Christ and you for over 30 years” has been Deltona Aluminum’s  “slogan” for many years, and Gabriel wanted to make sure we were helping spread that message first, and the business second. So we got creative.

Our Answer

The brand of Deltona Aluminum was quite old, and the team didn’t have many assets. We also wanted to show that there was a new facelift to the company that would both excite new customers and current ones (they literally have had faithful customers for over 30 years…).

So we created a new logo, launched a new website, and created their brand film (above) to introduce Gabriel, remind their customers that their values come first, and introducing themselves to their new prospects so that the right clients are hiring the right company.

Meaningful Campaigns

After a few video ads and graphics that we made for Gabriel to be able to sell his aluminum services, it was time to get creative with our Brand Awareness marketing.

Since Deltona Aluminum’s values were mainly regarding the message that their life and brand is all about representing Christ in their community, we felt that that’s the subject that we wanted to talk about.

It was important that Gabriel’s clients knew who they were and what they stood for, and they wanted to engage at a higher level as to why the brand of Deltona Aluminum was so passionate about this.

So we created two devotional series – one that we launched during Christmas and one that we launched shortly after that Christmas season. We launched both on social media and as blogs on his website and had great organic growth that led to many conversations both online and offline.

The Result:

After a year or so, Gabriel is trying his best to provide business for the number of phone calls he receives. His clients will just not stop recommending him due to their adoration for the business and brand.

Gabriel accomplished his goal: He’s grown the business since taking over, he’s gained a profitable business he can be proud of, and he’s developed the brand that he wants to represent: one that is truly desired.

Brand Identity & Logo

We created a new logo after developing a revised brand identity. We then created a brand film to represent their messaging and story for their target audience to relate.

Video Marketing

We made the essential brand needs by creating a promo video, several educational videos, and client reviews. Once we developed a great “toolbox” of content, we created a few video series that presented the brand identity to their target audience to grow online engagement.

Website Design & Development

Deltona Aluminum never had a website they were proud of. Once we developed their new brand, we created a platform for them to properly represent themselves, and their quality to ultimately convert visitors into customers!
